Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise the next working day.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all deliveries. All the products on our website display the stock levels we have (on the product details page). We aim to
keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case the item will display that it is out of stock and you will not be able to add
it to your basket.

| Payments are processed using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this.

| We calculate postage and packing based on total order weight: |
| Up to 30 grams 75p |
| Up to 300 grams £2.00 |
| Up to 600 grams £2.75 |
| Up to 900 grams £3.50 |
| Up to 1200 grams £4.75 |
| Over 1200 grams £5.75 |
| Returns and Refunds |
| We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as
the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received.
We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
